Processing Time All our products are handcrafted and personalised to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be made before it is dispatched.
Delivery within the UK We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – next business day
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2–3 business days
International Shipping We currently do not ship to selected international destinations via Royal Mail International. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Orders sent via a tracked service will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international) from the dispatch date. If your order hasn't arrived within these time frames, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
